Palma is a district and neighborhood of the Brazilian city of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul.
After Sede (English: "(Municipal) Seat") - which is the urban area - is the most important district, with the potential for further development driven by an excellent location and good access the central area of the city and the main neighborhood of the Sede: Camobi, where is the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
The main entrance is the RSC-287 roadway, not only to Sede but also for those who arrive to Santa Maria by the east of the city.
